We currently offer shipping across all areas of the UAE, with the following delivery options:

1. Standard Delivery

Delivery Time: Within 2 business days from order confirmation.
Cost: AED 20.00 (for orders below AED 200).
Free Shipping: Available for orders totaling AED 200 or more.

2. Express Delivery (Dubai Only)

Delivery Time: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 5:00 PM.
Cost: AED 30.00.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours for express deliveries and 48 hours for standard deliveries.
Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time. In such cases, we will provide an estimated delivery timeline when confirming the order.

International Deliveries

While Maison Etherique primarily ships within the UAE, we are happy to accommodate international shipping requests.

We will provide a detailed shipping quote based on the destination, items included, and current shipping rates from our courier service provider.

Shipping Process

Local Delivery in Dubai

Orders within Dubai are handled by our dedicated delivery team to ensure swift and seamless service.

Deliveries Outside Dubai

For deliveries outside Dubai, and certain parts within Dubai, we partner with trusted courier service providers.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, customers will receive a notification email (if provided) containing a tracking ID. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order until it reaches your address.

Address Requirements

At checkout, customers can select United Arab Emirates as the country and enter their city and delivery address.
For international orders, please contact us directly to finalize shipping details, as international delivery is not currently available at checkout.
